Job Description
Permanent Site Manager\n\nLocation - Leeds\n\nSalary details - £55,000 p/a + car allowance + project based, pension, 28 days hols + Bank Holidays\n\nA large regional contractor has an opportunity for an experienced RC Frame Site Manager for a project commencing in Leeds towards the end of January 26.\n\nReporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be overseeing the site management team for the construction of a RC Frame Multi Storey Car Park in Leeds, therefore experience of managing similar RC Frame projects is essential for this role. \n\nFurther works once this project has been completed will be in West Yorkshire and North West, therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to travel throughout thr above regions.\n\nKey duties;\n\nManaging Health & Safety\n\nLeading Site and client meetings\n\nEffective planning of the project to ensure it handover on time \n\nManagement of sub-contractors \n\nKey experience\n\nRC Frame experience\n\nProficient on various IT packages\n\nExperienced Construction Build Site Manager\n\nSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness required\n\nIf you are interested in this permanent opportunity, please apply via the link\n\nRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
