Permanent Site Manager – High-End Office Fit Out & Refurbishment\nLocation: Leeds\nProject Values: £500k - £5m+\nEmployer: Established Fit-Out Contractor\nAre you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-end office fit outs and refurbishments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are key? If so, we want to hear from you.\nMy client are a well-established, reputable fit-out contractor seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee premium commercial projects across Leeds.

You’ll be leading on-site operations, ensuring exceptional standards, and maintaining strong communication with trades, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n * Managing the day-to-day site operations on high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to £5m+\n * Ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards\n * Maintaining excellent health & safety compliance across site\n * Building and sustaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams\n * Proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly\n * Coordinating trades, logistics, and site resources efficiently\n * Providing clear, timely communication and reporting to senior management\nWhat We’re Looking For\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment (high-end projects )\n * A proactive, agile individual who thrives under pressure\n * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n * Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and on-site best practice\n * Full UK driving licence (essential)\nSalary & Benefits Package\n * Competitive salary\n * Colleague incentive plan – company bonus\n * Company pension\n * Healthcare cash plan with Westfield\n * 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays\n * Group life assurance – 4x annual salary\n * Extra day’s holiday on your birthday\n * Enhanced maternity/paternity leave\n * Critical Illness Cover
