Senior Site Manager – High-Rise BTR\n\n Leeds\n Up to £75,000 + package\n\nAbout the Company\n\nMy client is a Tier 1 contractor with a strong five-year secured order book in Leeds, delivering complex, high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes across the region. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to play a key role on a landmark £100m high-rise Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Leeds.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis is a long-term opportunity, with the project starting in earnest in February 2026 and running for approximately 2.5 years. You will be the number one operational lead on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, programme, quality, and health & safety.

A Senior Engineer and Site Managers will report directly into you.\n\nThis role offers a clear career progression pathway. Successful delivery of this project as the number two overall on site will position you strongly for promotion on the next scheme, potentially stepping into a higher leadership role within the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Lead the on-site delivery of a high-rise reinforced concrete (RC frame) project\n\n * \n\n Take full ownership of site operations, programme, logistics, and sequencing\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners\n\n * \n\n Drive a strong health & safety culture in line with Tier 1 standards\n\n * \n\n Ensure works are delivered to the highest quality and in line with programme and budget\n\n * \n\n Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, and design teams to resolve technical and delivery challenges\n\n * \n\n Mentor and develop junior site management and engineering staff\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience operating as a Senior Site Manager for a minimum of 3 years\n\n * \n\n Strong background delivering high-rise RC frame projects\n\n * \n\n Experience within BTR, apartments, student accommodation, or multi-room residential schemes\n\n * \n\n Confident leading large site teams and managing complex logistics in a city-centre environment\n\n * \n\n Ambitious and career-driven, with the desire to progress within a Tier 1 contractor\n\nQualifications\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n CSCS (Black or Gold)\n\n * \n\n First Aid\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 6 (minimum)\n\nSalary & Package\n\n * \n\n Up to £75,000, depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Competitive benefits package\n\n * \n\n Long-term pipeline of work in Leeds with genuine progression opportunities\n\n To apply, please submit your CV or get in touch directly with Heather Duncan for a confidential discussion
