Site Manager - Birmingham based - UK Wide Projects\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a growing fit-out and refurbishment division delivering projects across the UK.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial and public sector environments, particularly involving works within live operational buildings.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to completion across multiple locations.\n\nTypical works include:\n\nInternal refurbishments and upgrades\n\nFit-out of operational spaces and back-of-house areas\n\nM&E, finishes, and minor structural alterations\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nDay-to-day site management and coordination of trades\n\nEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards\n\nManaging works within live environments with minimal disruption\n\nLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams\n\nSupporting delivery across multiple short-term projects\n\nFlexibility is required, including occasional evening and weekend working where project needs demand.\n\nTravel & Working Away\n\nThis role involves regular travel across the UK.\n\nTravel and accommodation arranged by a dedicated internal team\n\nLiving away allowance provided when applicable\n\nSubsistence covered\n\nExpenses reimbursed promptly\n\nWe are looking for candidates who:\n\nHave experience as a Site Manager within fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment\n\nAre confident working in live environments\n\nAre flexible and open to nationwide travel\n\nHave a stable employment background and are seeking a long-term role\n\nBring a proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nLong-term, secure pipeline of work\n\nVaried projects across different sectors\n\nStrong operational and travel support\n\nOpportunity to develop within a growing division\n\nO’Neill and Brennan values and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, , , , , or
