Freelance Site Manager - Care Home Project 📍 Skipton, North Yorkshire We are a construction recruitment agency currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a care home project in Skipton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured project with a reputable contractor, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of site activities Coordinating subcontractors and trades Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times Managing site paperwork, inductions, and RAMS Liaising with the client, consultants, and project team Maintaining programme and quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on care home or similar healthcare/residential projects Enhanced DBS (essential) SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a site team
