Freelance Site Manager – Care Home Project\n Skipton, North Yorkshire\n\nWe are a construction recruitment agency currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a care home project in Skipton.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured project with a reputable contractor, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Day-to-day management of site activities\n\n * Coordinating subcontractors and trades\n\n * Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times\n\n * Managing site paperwork, inductions, and RAMS\n\n * Liaising with the client, consultants, and project team\n\n * Maintaining programme and quality standards\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on care home or similar healthcare/residential projects\n\n * Enhanced DBS (essential)\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid\n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * Ability to work independently and lead a site team\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
