We are currently working with a leading private healthcare provider in Surrey who are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their on-site maintenance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in building maintenance and multi-trade work to operate within a high-quality healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hospital site
• Diagnose and resolve defects efficiently and to a high standard
• Conduct inspections of reported issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety and site regulations
• Complete all required documentation (e.g. timesheets, maintenance logs)
• Identify and report recurring or major issues to the Facilities Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Site Engineer or Multi Trade role
• Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
• Experience xbpsjku within healthcare or similar environments (desirable but not essential)
