Role: Site Civil Supervisor Location: HS3 Norwich Contract Duration: 10 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Supervisor to manage and coordinate all Builders' Work elements on-site. The role involves leading subcontractors, ensuring work is executed safely, to specification, aligned with approved drawings, and in compliance with QA and Health & Safety requirements. This role supports programme delivery, trade coordination, and readiness for final architectural finishes and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Package Leadership Lead and coordinate Builders' Work subcontractors daily. Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, RAMS, and ITPs. Conduct daily interface meetings and progress checks. Monitor resources, plant, materials, and productivity; escalate deficiencies. Technical & Construction Coordination Review construction drawings and cross-trade interfaces. Identify discrepancies, missing details, and clashes; raise RFIs as required. Coordinate Builders' Work with M&E trades, structural works, finishes, temporary works, and logistics.
