Shop Manager

Responsibilities As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the shop. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage donors and customers, ensure the shop is welcoming, and prepare donations for sale. This role involves significant manual handling. Recruit, maintain and supervise a bank of skilled and general volunteers to help collect, sort and prepare donations and provide customers with the service they deserve. Establish links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps, and individuals to obtain donations and volunteer support, and to deliver re-use and repair services with local partners. Requirements
