Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Shop Manager to lead our Rawtenstall shop and oversee the operations of our Haslingden shop and retail assistants. You will play a key role in maximising income, developing our volunteer teams, and ensuring our shops remain competitive, welcoming, and financially sustainable on the high street. The successful candidate will help to shape the future of Rossendale Hospice and ensure we continue to provide the vital services our local community relies on. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of volunteers and retail assistants. Create an inclusive, supportiveand empowering environment that recognises and values individual contributions. Ensure all staff and volunteers are fully trained, supported, and understand shop processes, including Gift Aid. Maximise income and maintain financial sustainability of the shops.
