A leading FM provider is seeking an experienced Shift Leader (HV/LV) to join their team at a prestigious commercial office site in EC2. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong electrical leader looking to take ownership of a critical site and support a small, skilled team.

As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2 shift technicians, ensuring all electrical systems (HV/LV) are maintained to the highest standards. You will act as the senior point of contact on shift, driving performance, safety, and compliance across the site.

• Lead and supervise a team of 2 shift technicians
• Operate and maintain HV/LV electrical systems
• Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently
• Take ownership of site operations during your shift
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
• Liaise with client stakeholders and provide updates as required

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience working with HV/LV systems
• Previous supervisory or lead experience (essential)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Salary between £53,000 £55,000
