As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2 shift technicians, ensuring all electrical systems (HV/LV) are maintained to the highest standards. You will act as the senior point of contact on shift, driving performance, safety, and compliance across the site. Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 2 shift technicians Operate and maintain HV/LV electrical systems Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently Take ownership of site operations during your shift Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures Liaise with client stakeholders and provide updates as required Requirements

Level 3 Electrical Qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Proven experience working with HV/LV systems Previous supervisory or lead experience (essential) Strong communication and leadership skills Whats on Offer
