Service Transformation Analyst

We are looking for a Service Transformation Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis. This position contributes significant value to the firm by serving as an essential part of the service transformation team, aiding in the implementation of process improvements as well as system enhancements and upgrades.

About The Role

In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during organisational change
  • Implement business process and system improvements effectively, with a focus on the Finance & Accounting workstreams
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards (VAT / SRA compliance) and current finance and risk processes
  • Support the Finance Operational team in routine activities as directed, ensuring best practices, efficiency, and effectiveness are achieved to the satisfaction of the business
  • Prepare project-related documentation, including process maps, training guides, and manuals, ensuring accuracy and consistent quality
  • Proactively collaborate with business users, support functions, and external parties to gather, review, and analyse information and functional requirements
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously as required
  • Conduct data analysis for project purposes, assisting in tracking and reporting progress
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders from across the business and third parties, both remotely and in person
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for support functions and business users where necessary; assist IT trainers when needed
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the Service Transformation Manager or other Finance Operations management

  • Essential: In-depth knowledge of the legal industry and its operational model
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a similar finance role
  • Preferred: Proven experience in advising senior management
  • Essential: Comprehensive understanding of working capital and finance operations within a finance and accounting role
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Elite 3E software
