Overview - Service Operations Manager A highly established and respected provider of fire protection and security solutions is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead its Fire Detection service delivery team. With a long-standing reputation in the industry and a strong project and service delivery culture, the business delivers end-to-end solutions across fire detection, suppression, sprinkler, and integrated security systems. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring service excellence, meeting client SLAs, and driving operational efficiency within a growing division.
