They are now seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead, develop, and take ownership of their service department. This is a key leadership role where you will ensure exceptional customer experience and consistently high service standards. You will manage both on-site and remote engineers while acting as a central technical and operational point of contact. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of service engineers, including remote workers Manage helpdesk and service coordination staff Provide technical support remotely and on-site when required Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
