As a Section 20 Consultation Officer you will report to the Section 20 Consultation Manager. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to service charge payers and other stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across Southern Housing to support and contribute to delivering a high-quality and seamless Section 20 consultation service. This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least twodays working in ourFarringdon Office. What youll do To works as part of the Section 20 Consultation team responsible for the preparing and issuing appropriate Section 20 notices, including Qualifying Long-Term Agreements (QLTA). To regularly calculate and issue Section 20b notices within statutory timeframes to fully protect the financial position.
