What You’ll Be Doing: • Using the DMS system to manage service bookings and customer communication • Liaising with customers in person, by phone, and via email throughout the service process • Carrying out pre-calls to confirm bookings and prepare vehicle handovers • Upselling additional work identified during Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) • Updating customers with accurate ETAs, progress reports, and costs • Working closely with Vehicle Technicians and the Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow • Ensuring all service paperwork is completed to the highest standards
