Service Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area, where youll work closely with a senior service manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client engagement.
What youll be doing
Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations.
Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures.
Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement.
Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting of critical issues.
Identifying and helping lead service risks.
Championing delivery methodologies and tools.
What youll bring
Understanding of service delivery models.
Experience with SLA reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
Background in IT services.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
A proactive attitude with a focus on service excellence.
It would be great if you had
Experience in contract management.
Membership of a recognised professional IT body.
Professional Service Management qualification such as ITIL.
Relevant sector experience.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: 5 days a week onsite Cheltenham, Gloucestershire Security Clearance Level: DV (must be eligible to obtain) Internal Recruiter: Soraya Salary: £28,000 £33,000
