This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area, where youll work closely with a senior service manager to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client engagement. What youll be doing Monitoring and measuring service delivery against performance indicators to demonstrate achievements against contract and SLA expectations. Delivering services within agreed scope, timescales, financial and quality measures. Supporting continuous service improvement and evolution through proactive engagement. Ensuring effective client engagement and timely reporting of critical issues. Identifying and helping lead service risks. Championing delivery methodologies and tools.
