What You'll Do as a Senior Town Planner:

As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be a key part of the Development & Infrastructure Planning team, supporting project delivery across a range of sectors including logistics, retail, energy, and large-scale residential.

You'll contribute to:

Preparing planning applications and planning statements *

Representing clients on appeals and development plan promotions *

Supporting Planning Directors and mentoring junior team members *

Strategic site promotion and policy work *

Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver commercially focused planning solutions

What We're Looking For:

MRTPI qualified or working towards *

Previous experience in consultancy or a similar environment *

Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills *

Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships *

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
