The role will be based in our London office, located in South Kensington. The Role

Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, especially in Engineering and Construction. Partner with hiring managers to shape and deliver sourcing strategies. Use internal ATS along with external tools like LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed/Job Boards to proactively engage top talent. Build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Share market insights and recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisions.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition. Engineering or Construction recruitment experience is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience recruiting across Ireland, UK & Europe.
