Senior Surveyor | Property & Asset Management | Client Side Exposure | Central London

We are working exclusively with a well-regarded fund, property and asset manager based in Central London, to hire a Senior Surveyor within their growing Asset & Property Management team.

This is a genuinely blended role offering real exposure across both asset and property management, not a fluffed up version we see far too often.

You will take ownership of a mixed use portfolio across office, retail and industrial assets, working on both owned assets and with private clients, funds and investment managers.

The day to day is well supported by an in house FM team, allowing you to focus on the more strategic, value add side of asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of a commercial and mixed use portfolio
• Drive asset performance through rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
• Identify and deliver value add initiatives including refurb and repositioning opportunities
• Lead on asset business planning and client reporting
• Oversee service charge budgets, financial performance and compliance
• Manage tenant relationships and act as the key point of contact
• Work closely with internal investment, valuation and fund management teams
