The role involves direct engagement with occupiers, driving asset performance through lease events, rent reviews, and lease negotiations. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities to enhance value, optimise service delivery, and ensure the portfolio remains competitive and future-ready.You’ll work alongside finance, facilities, and specialist service teams across ESG, procurement, customer experience, data, and technology. Your remit includes ensuring buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained, while delivering a modern occupier experience and contributing positively to the local community.
