About you: You are a highly talented, passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef and can run every aspect of the kitchen with excellence, ensuring consistency and high standards at all times. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills. Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Management Ensure food cost and budgets are in line with the overall costings Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations This list is not exhaustive. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Commitment to delivering exceptional quality Proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a Team Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience of ordering ingredients and quality control Rota management Training, Recruitment and performance review management Cost control and processing kitchen orders Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work well under pressure and keep the kitchen brigade motivated in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Person Specification: Bring in a positive and can-do attitude Been a Team Player Honesty and integrity. Must already have the rights to work and live in the UK without any restrictions.
