Senior Site Manager – Industrial Scheme

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a £4m industrial scheme in Bradford, acting as the No.1 on site and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of local work, a supportive culture, and clear opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role:

* Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations as No.1

* Managing programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor coordination

* Leading site teams and ensuring delivery to programme and budget

* Liaising with the Contracts Manager and wider project team

* Ensuring works are delivered in line with client expectations

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on industrial or commercial schemes

* Strong track record delivering projects as a No.1 on site

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
