Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor📍 Leeds💰 £48,000 - £50,000 + PackageA well-established M&E contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team.Working across a range of commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare projects, you will oversee the delivery of multi-million-pound mechanical packages on site.The Role* Supervising mechanical works on site from start through to completion* Managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard* Coordinating with project managers and other trades on site* Monitoring progress and reporting back to senior management* Ensuring full health & safety complianceRequirements* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisor* Background working on commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects* Strong understanding of mechanical services* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred* Good communication and organisational skillsPackage* Salary between £48,000 - £50,000* Pension* Holiday allowance* Career progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
