You will manage a UK-based team, oversee offshore delivery from our shared service centre, and act as the go-to expert for HR systems and process improvements. Oversee service delivery, HR systems (Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow), and data quality. Drive process improvements through analytics and stakeholder feedback.
