Planet Pharma is pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Scientist – Antibody Discovery. You will lead and execute antibody discovery projects with a high degree of independence and scientific rigor. This role involves designing and performing complex experiments, analyzing data, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to strategic project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Experimental Design & Execution Independently design, plan, and conduct experiments including antibody library construction, phage display selections, ELISA and high-throughput screening (HTS), sequence analysis, and profiling assays. Apply deep technical expertise in antibody libraries and display technologies to troubleshoot and propose effective solutions. Data Analysis & Interpretation Analyze and interpret experimental data with precision, using appropriate normalization, graphical representation, and statistical methods. Contextualize findings within broader project goals and contribute to strategic planning and execution. Project Leadership Serve as scientific lead on assigned projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Contribute to project quotations and costing strategies.
