WANTED! SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

An experienced estate agent required to value properties, win instructions and support sales performance: delivering excellent customer service while contributing to business growth across the competitive South West London property market.

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic and experienced Residential Estate Agency professional to join a successful team in Streatham. This role combines listing, negotiation and management support responsibilities.

You will play a key role in winning instructions, conducting valuations and supporting overall office performance, working within a respected brand that values its people and encourages progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Lister level, with the ability to secure new business at the right price and fee.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
• Managing buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Progressing sales through to successful completion
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and sales performance
• Assisting with team guidance and sharing best practice
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Contributing to marketing and pricing strategies
• Maintaining strong local market awareness in South West London

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a residential estate agent
• Strong listing and valuation experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service and client care
• Confident communicator with a positive approach
• Willingness to develop management and leadership skills
• Well-presented and highly organised
• Good knowledge of South West London property market
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional approach to estate agency
