WANTED! An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister required to generate and win new instructions, help build a local pipeline and play a key role in growing a smart local boutique estate agency.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister to join a boutique estate agency in Barnes.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role working closely with the Managing Director to grow market share across sales, lettings and property management.

This position will suit someone who enjoys building a pipeline through proactive business development rather than relying on inbound leads.

You will play a central role in establishing local presence, winning instructions, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Proactively source and win new property instructions from landlords and homeowners
• Build and develop a local database from the ground up
• Carry out market appraisals and valuations
• Generate business through door knocking, networking, events, and targeted outreach
• Identify opportunities including board spotting and withdrawn/underperforming listings
• Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion
• Conduct viewings and qualify applicants
• Work closely with the Managing Director to increase brand presence locally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support general office operations where required
• Represent the business professionally, focusing on relationship-led service rather than hard selling

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Property Lister within estate agency
• Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
• Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Resilient and proactive approach to business development
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the local property market
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, growing business environment
• Professional, credible and client-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
