This role focuses on selling advanced identity, biometric, and public security solutions to UK government customers.You will play a key role in shaping and winning strategic opportunities across central government, law enforcement, and border agencies, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.About Identity & Biometric SolutionsThey deliver secure identity solutions to governments and public authorities worldwide, including:Passports, ID cards, and driving licencesBiometric enrolment and border control systemsDigital identity platforms and mobile identity walletsCriminal forensics and real‑time facial recognition solutionsTheir mission is to enable a safer, more sustainable world through trusted digital identity.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute winning sales strategies, including customer targeting and go‑to‑market plansIdentify and shape new business opportunities, including partner‑led scenariosBuild and maintain trusted relationships with UK government stakeholdersAct as a customer advisor, understanding business needs, pain points, and value driversLead opportunity capture activities, identifying risks and mitigation strategies earlyGenerate and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline through networking, lead follow‑up, and proactive engagementKey Performance IndicatorsAchievement of bookings, revenue, and individual sales objectivesQuality, sustainability, and profitability of the sales funnel and pipelineSkills & Experience5+ years' experience in a senior sales role within a services or solutions environment.Proven success selling to UK Government via competitive tender processes.Strong understanding of central government, borders, law enforcement, or Home Office environments.Excellent consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and collaborative.Strong organisational and opportunity management skills.High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, commercial studies, or related fieldAlternatively, A-levels with relevant vocational qualificationsSecurity ClearanceThis role requires SC Clearance.
