Job precis: This is a superb Senior Sales Manager opportunity with a stunning luxury lifestyle hotel in central London. This is a proactive, hands-on Senior Sales Manager role driving corporate business this globally-branded property. Reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel who enjoys developing her team members and providing exposure to new markets. About the role Drive sales across the corporate transient and diplomatic market segment from across the local, national and global markets, into the hotel. Manage relationships with key clients and agents. Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business. Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and wider sales team. Hold site visits and client entertainment as required. Produce sales activity reports as required. What we are looking for Hotel sales experience is essential. Current experience within the London lifestyle hotel market is highly desirable. A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential. A self-motivated, driven, commercially aware and results orientated, and proactive attitude is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A full and clean driving licence and own car are required.
