Senior Sales Manager
London | 4 days in market / office | £60,000–£70,000 base + commission
A scaling video/adtech company is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of a key agency patch and help drive the next phase of commercial growth.
This role is for a proven seller who already knows how to build agency relationships, open doors, and convert revenue, but wants a bigger platform and more room to make things happen. The business is at the point where the right commercial hires can genuinely move the needle, so they are looking for someone hands-on, credible, and motivated by growth rather than comfort.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and growing a defined agency patch with clear revenue responsibility
- Building multi-level relationships across agencies and investment teams
- Driving new business across existing and new contacts
- Leading meetings, pitches, responses, and negotiations with confidence
- Managing pipeline closely and staying hands-on in day-to-day deal flow
- Feeding market insight back into the wider business
- Supporting and setting the standard for more junior commercial talent where needed
What they’re looking for
- 5–7 years’ experience in media, agency, or adtech sales
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Existing agency relationships and the ability to deepen them
- A proactive, sleeves-up operator rather than a corporate delegator
- Someone who wants a business with momentum, not a huge logo and lots of internal layers
