What you’ll be doing? You’ll manage and grow a panel of brokers across the UK, focusing on turning activity into revenue:
Drive new business from your broker base Build strong, commercially focused relationships Spot and develop opportunities beyond the obvious Qualify and progress deals through the pipeline Work closely with senior account managers to convert opportunities into completions Keep your pipeline moving and your numbers growing

What we’re looking for
Proven experience in sales, account development and closing - adding value and solutions Strong track record of growing business and generating revenue Confident on the phone — able to influence and convert Commercial mindset — always looking for more in every conversation Organised, target-driven, and comfortable managing volume Someone proactive, consistent, and not needing to be chased
How you’ll work
Use phone and digital channels to drive broker engagement Identify and qualify opportunities properly — not surface level Track activity and performance through CRM Work closely with wider teams (sales, underwriting, ops) to get deals done Stay sharp on market trends, broker needs, and competitors
