We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant – New Business to drive high-value opportunities through a consultative, solution-led B2B sales approach within the energy and consultancy sector.


You will focus on building and converting a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that provide clear commercial value and return on investment.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored proposals with clear ROI and commercial value
  • Identify and target key accounts within priority sectors
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Work closely with technical teams on complex solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor in client interactions


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative or solution sales
  • Strong track record in new business development and closing deals
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders or C-level clients
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes
  • Strong commercial acumen and ownership of pipeline performance
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or technical services
  • Exposure to agriculture, food production, or industrial sectors (desirable)
