Senior HR Risk & Compliance Manager

Location: Liverpool Street, London, Hybrid role 14-Month Contract £370-£420 per day (PAYE) 40 hrs/week

What You'll Do

\n Lead global pay equity and HR compliance projects, collaborating with legal, HR, data, and business teams. \n

Interpret and translate regulatory requirements into actionable processes and system improvements. \n

Manage project timelines, identify risks, and lead remediation efforts where needed. \n

Analyse and validate large data sets to support audits, reports, and litigation support. \n

Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. \n

Champion continuous improvement by driving automation and standardisation across processes. \n

About You

\n

\n Strong background in HR compliance, employment law, audit or risk management. \n

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's or PMP certification a plus). \n

Experience with global HR or compensation programs and statutory reporting. \n

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). \n

Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global impact. \n
