The Pay Equity Analytics & Compliance Team, part of Global Talent Management & Compensation organisation within client, is responsible for equal pay analysis, pay equity analytics, and statutory pay equity reporting obligations across client. We define clients global strategy for pay equity analysis with a consistent, best in class approach to the inspection of annual and quarterly compensation decisions; create the annual publication of clients adjusted pay gap analysis; and provide on-demand analyses to support employment legal counsel activities such as government audits and employment litigation matters.
