Senior Research Executive – Talent Join a leading market‑research firm that delivers high‑quality insights and regulatory support to the medical technology industry. Base pay range £35,000–£40,000 per year Location London (Hybrid) – 2‑3 days per week in the office. Company An independent market‑research firm specialising in high‑quality insights and regulatory support for the medical technology industry. The team works across medical devices, digital healthcare, drug delivery, precision medicine, and diagnostics. Responsibilities
Contribute to all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects: material design, day‑to‑day fieldwork management, client updates, and primary data analysis. Support report writing, attend client presentations, and occasionally travel within the UK, Europe, and the USA to observe or manage fieldwork. Assist in proposal development by shaping methodologies, selecting fieldwork partners, preparing cost sheets, requesting quotes, and drafting proposal documents. Participate in business development activities, helping identify opportunities and support client‑facing initiatives as needed. Take on selected office‑management responsibilities to support smooth operational delivery across the team.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience in healthcare market research with a solid understanding of the full research process. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, delivering high‑quality work on time. Comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Skilled in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data accurately across multiple formats, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Strong communicator, ideally London‑based or able to work from the office at least 2‑3 days per week.
