In the Ipsos Creative Excellence team we partner with clients to put the voice of the consumer front and centre in the campaign development process. We work across the whole creative cycle, from early‑stage campaign development to pre‑testing and post‑campaign evaluation studies. Following several years of growth, we have ambitious targets for the future – as a Senior Research Executive you will play a crucial role meeting these targets. Responsibilities
Work on projects of varying size and complexity, contributing to larger, more intricate projects while leading and managing smaller projects independently. Deliver impactful insights, helping clients understand the potential of their advertising assets as well as the impact of their campaigns. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and research objectives. Design research studies, including questionnaires and discussion guides. Manage project timelines and budgets. Conduct quantitative research, including questionnaire development and data analysis. Develop insightful reports and presentations that tell compelling stories based on data. Present findings and recommendations to clients. Mentor and coach junior team members. Contribute to business development efforts by assisting with proposals and pitches. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, and develop your research skills.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience in quantitative market research, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment focusing on client interaction and progressive growth. Strong project management experience, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience in developing and reviewing research materials such as questionnaires and discussion guides. Proven ability to draft impactful deliverables like reports that align with and meet client objectives. Familiarity with AI‑powered research tools and the capability to leverage AI and machine learning for tasks such as data analysis, trend prediction, and automating research processes.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in mentoring or guiding team members. Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent time management and project planning skills. Strong client development and management skills. Ability to contribute to sales by staying informed on industry trends and facilitating new business opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to manage project finances and contribute to profitability. Demonstrated ability to prepare, plan, and prioritise tasks effectively, taking ownership and producing high‑quality, error‑free work.
