What’s the job?

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and qualifying candidates to securing placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Drive business development to grow your desk and expand our client base.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in recruitment is essential – ideally within engineering, technical, or FM sectors.
