Founded in London in 2017, we have since grown to 50 heads and opened our Miami office in 2024. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done. We are hiring experienced, growth‑minded recruitment consultants looking to propel their career, whether that be into a management role or as a top billing IC. Our progression opportunities are limitless, which is why we are looking for self‑drivers who will make this role their own. If you see yourself leading a team of top‑billers, heading up an international office or being a business owner in your own right, then this role is for you. The Role:
establish yourself as an expert in a specific niche of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. This means building your knowledge and growing your own patch. Approach and win new business for yourself and Plexus, this can be face‑to‑face but predominantly phone based as we are fully global. Nurture and build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates. Negotiate terms of business, salaries and packages and curate job specifications with clients. Either source candidates yourself, or rely on our delivery team to do so. Opportunity to collaborate with our marketer to create a personal brand. Pathways to management, international relocation, and directorship available.
