Senior Appointments Recruitment Consultant – FM

An established and highly regarded boutique real estate recruitment business is continuing its growth and is now hiring an experienced recruitment professional to join its London team.

The Role
You will be responsible for building an FM desk, which already has an extensive client base, so there won't be a need for cold business development.
You'll be given full autonomy, in a supportive, grown up environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a self-run FM recruitment desk
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Business development and sales activity
- End-to-end recruitment delivery (360)
- Working closely with a high-performing team
About You
- Minimum of 18 months’- 2 years experience in 360 recruitment
- Recruitment background within FM, or an area aligned to this.
- Confident, client-facing communicator
- Team player with a commercial mindset
