Your Role As a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on marketing roles, you’ll be part of 3Search, a market-leading brand under the 11 Investments umbrella. Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture a high-quality network of clients and candidates in the marketing industry Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle Drive business development and grow market share Lead on complex negotiations and client strategy Collaborate with your team to hit individual and collective targets Act as a mentor to junior consultants and support training initiatives Champion our brand and values inside and outside the business
