They recruit both: Blue-collar roles (site workers, trades) White-collar roles (professional / corporate positions) ?? White-Collar Recruitment:Their Senior Recruitment Consultants in theirwhite-collar division focuses on placing professionals such as: Project managers Engineers (civil, structural, environmental) Commercial / cost management professionals Design & project controls specialists Hybrid working pattern: Four days per week office-based, with one designated remote working day on Fridays.Core Responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional (white-collar) roles Build relationships with clients (contractors, infrastructure firms) Source candidates via: LinkedIn / job boards industry networks Screen and assess candidates (experience, compliance, credentials) Manage interview processes and offers Maintain compliance with UK construction & safety standardsSenior Recruitment Consultant Additions: Own key client accounts / develop new business Lead hiring strategies for major projects (e.g. HS2-type infrastructure) Mentor junior consultants Hit revenue / placement targets Contribute to growth of the white-collar divisionThe salary for a Senior Recruitment Consultant is negotiable dependent on experience and an extremely competitive commission structure!All conversations are strictly confidential.If you would like to know more about this role (or explore other options we have), please call0208 064 2112JBRP1_UKTJ
