White-Collar Recruitment: Their Senior Recruitment Consultants in their white-collar division focuses on placing professionals such as: Project managers Engineers (civil, structural, environmental) Commercial / cost management professionals Design & project controls specialists Hybrid working pattern: Four days per week office-based, with one designated remote working day on Fridays. Core Responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional (white-collar) roles Build relationships with clients (contractors, infrastructure firms) Source candidates via: LinkedIn / job boards industry networks
Screen and assess candidates (experience, compliance, credentials) Manage interview processes and offers Maintain compliance with UK construction & safety standards
