The Senior QuantitySurveyor role

• Working togetherto input into Work Scope Documents/ Procurementof EnablingWork Packages withthe Client ProcurementTeam.
• You will manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variationsand managementof subcontract workspackages through to final account.
• You'll be keen to minimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and analysisof labour, plant and materials.

Your profile

• You will have a degree in BSc QuantitySurveying/Commercial Managementor equivalentexperience/memberships
• You should have construction industry experiencerunning large projects valued at over £100m
• Large scale industrial/civil engineeringexperience preferable
• Experienceof working on Construction ManagementProjects
• Experienceof working withan NEC Form of Contract
