The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in East London. You'll be responsible for managing commercial projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a key leadership role where you'll guide surveyors, support senior commercial managers, and help drive commercial success across projects.

Key Responsibilities
·Provide leadership to Quantity Surveyors and support the wider commercial team
·Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client counterparts
·Oversee commercial projects from pre-contract stage through to final accounts
·Manage sub-contracts including tendering, awarding, and monthly payment assessments
