Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to an increase in workload, our client, a top family owned Sub Contractor who turn over in excess of £50m are seeking to secure the services of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support Earthworks related projects they have on major Construction & Civil Engineering schemes.
Based from their offices in Bristol with visits to sites in and around the South West, daily duties will include Account Management, Issuing Payments, CVRs/Cost Reporting and attending regular Commercial meetings.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have solid NEC Form of Contract experience gained whilst working on Civil Engineering schemes and ideally earthworks related projects within the Main Contracting environment.
In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and long term contract for the right individual.
