Senior Quantity Surveyor New Build Care Homes £380 £450 per day | Long-Term Contract | Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor specialising in new build care home developments, with projects typically valued at £810 million. This is an urgent requirement, with a project that has just broken ground, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to oversee the scheme from early construction through to final account. For the right individual, this represents a strong long-term opportunity with a contractor that has a healthy pipeline of future work. The Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for a new build care home project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, and wider commercial team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
