You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor based in Swindon operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited and high-profile contractor delivers projects directly for multiple major water providers across the England, including Thames Water and AMP8, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage the commercial aspects of major capital projects. Responsibilities include:

• Procurement and subcontractor management through to final account
• Producing CVRs, AFPs, and cost forecasts
• Monitoring site resources (staff, materials, plant)
• Administering bespoke contracts incorporating NEC and I Chem E principles
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and delivery

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experienceStrong commercial awareness and proven success in construction/infrastructure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR preferred
Background in utilities or civils sector desirable
